How we use it
We use this information to review your application, build and manage your freelancer profile, contact you about your submission, identify relevant professional opportunities, maintain community quality and investigate misuse.
Profile visibility and sharing
Your profile is not automatically published when submitted. After review, selected professional information may be displayed or shared with people looking for wedding-industry freelancers. Contact information will be handled carefully and shared only when appropriate for the service or with your permission.
Portfolio files and references
Only upload work you own or have permission to showcase. Before providing another person’s details as a reference, obtain their permission. Uploaded media and profile records are stored by the services used to operate WedQuarter.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while your profile is active, under review or reasonably needed for platform operations, dispute prevention and legal obligations. You may request correction or deletion by emailing wedquarter@gmail.com. We may verify your identity before processing the request.
Security and limitations
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit government identity numbers, bank details, passwords, OTPs or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Children and changes
WedQuarter registration is intended for people aged 18 or older. We may update this policy as the service changes and will revise the date shown above.
